Etched in the illusion of time

0 posted 2004-06-12 06:25 PM

And we turned to the moon, unrecognized
one word spilling

you hesistated when reaching hide tide,
unlovingly, I was stopped by inertia

I whispered to you.
"What is it?"
"A sign, a premonition." you shudder again

I can do nothing but soothe you
with my own disease

"Of what, though?"
"I am unsure."

As you always were.

If I were to touch you, would you bleed a velvet river, running miracles through the sodden ground? --Moi

Sometimes it feels just like that...
not knowing if one is enough
and the premonition that we've already
spoken the truth.

Very good conveyance of those feelings in so few words -- I liked the way you did this in conersation style.

Interesting, and very emotionally expressive.
