Black Velvet 2 (Missing What You Thought You Had) After attraction, it's a natural progression for feelings to spend some time flowing through the heart. Feelings grow and you want to be closer and you miss them more and more when apart, and they lead you to believe that they love you until you find yourself calling them sweetheart. You thought losing your first sweetheart was bad. When black velvet rubs you the wrong way, days cut you like a knife and you lay awake all night loving someone you can never have. yup yup yup, painful as it seems though, you gotta let go and move on, cause if it was right, neither one of you would let go, and I always think, if it isn't good now, it's never going to be, and that would be devestating to both in the end. Love to you kiddo |
