Word Snerd

word snerd
crimson jaybird
have you heard
felines stirred
vision’s blurred
quite absurd
what has occurred
mouse deterred
cats have purred
my solemn word
massacred
NO!
safe at third!

as mockingbird
quite preferred.

replete of madness?

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.
