Father, this is my prayer to You, Give me the strength to stand. I give my soul to only You, My life is Yours to mend. On my knees, I open my heart to You. Here I am, I surrender to You. Father, I will follow You, I can't make it on my own. Left in the dark, now I need You, I will live by You alone. On my knees, I open my heart to You, Here I am, I surrender to You. Father, my heart cries out for You, No longer will I be afraid. Made the choice to worship You, By Your stripes I'm healed and saved. On my knees, I open my heart to You, Here I am, I surrender to You, Oh Lord. This is more like a song than a poem. Please tell me what you think, and be honest. |
