Times gone by, Still I sigh. I'm rusted and weathered. Callus to the bone, Maybe thats why I feel so alone. I'm rusted and weathered. The world just won't hear, Because they live in fear. I'm rusted and weathered. Sometimes I feel like giving up the fight, Because I see no one else in my sight. I'm rusted and weathered... Rusted and weathered... Weathered... Can you hear my cries, can you hear my pleads, will you watch me burn...or would you bleed for me? |

you are only as you believe you are...life can be so good, we are the ones that make it hard. It is all in how we condition ourselves to see...to believe...and to gravitate towards. Riviting words...a very sad emotion...written well. |

You got your point across strongly -- rusted, weathered, callus -- all harsh words -- hope things get better. I hear the human body regenerates completely every seven years (I think it's kind of like that for our hearts, too) -- maybe this is the sixth year or maybe even 6.75! ......jo |

Come inside where it's warm. Here, I'll hold the door open for you! I understand this feeling of isolation, but there is understanding and the meeting of hearts within a arms reach, you need only reach. Susan The whole of the Universe resides within each individual heart. |
