Who sets this course
as foaming waves rise and fall
in a trackless sea-
where might this ship be bound
in the wake of unbound hearts?

"where might this ship be bound
in the wake of unbound hearts?"

in travel to the places
that cant be reached
any other way
then by being lost
and then finding oneself, again.

this is an absolute pleasure to read and read again...you keep outdoing yourself!

Who sets this course
as foaming waves rise and fall
in a trackless sea-
where might this ship be bound
in the wake of unbound hearts?

the ship is mere metaphor;
our hearts sail pathless
riding the waves
past the seeing world,
the ship cannot contain them

OhPaul~
I love the beauty of this~

AND ... I can tell I'm ready for nighty-night, when my mind starts singing -
Who Waka
Doo Waka
Doo Waka Doo !

Pardon me for
Got a silly case of the giggle-schmigles~

From Muted:

in travel to the places
that cant be reached
any other way
then by being lost
and then finding oneself, again

~~~~~<@>~~~~~
Travelers meet
in the light of one full moon
beneath distant skies
in losing ourselves;
we join in the infinite.
From Inked Goddess:
Who sets this course
as foaming waves rise and fall
in a trackless sea-
where might this ship be bound
in the wake of unbound hearts?
the ship is mere metaphor;
our hearts sail pathless
riding the waves
past the seeing world,
the ship cannot contain them
Riding waves,
beyond metaphor and real
rising and falling-
in-between seen and unseen
opening hearts sail freely.
Another beauty from your inspired pen, dear Paul!
Greatly enjoyed.
I don't know why but now I am singing Rod Stewarts "I am sailing ... to be free"....
