 Picture by Alan Ayers * * * My life loses its focus And dark clouds block my view True happiness eludes me When I'm not with you I sit alone beside the window Far off into space I stare My day is void of color Behind closed doors my heart lays bare The sun has trouble shining The wind blows harsh and cold I miss your arms around me And your hand for me to hold My eyes have lost their lustre My heart has turned from red to blue For you, my soul is searching As my heart pines for you Suddenly the sky is clearing And to my delight I see True love has once again returned For you've come home to me * * * "There is only one happiness in life, to love and be loved" I am in motion |

I reminisce a memory I made. A love that never was; in haze. Captured every emotion almost..except the galaxy in my palm..just one of many in my heart...removed. The pain that soothes my nothingness, Aching my everything. |
