The situation is almost out of control, Lounging on a sun-drenched beach, I realise there may be overcrowding on public transport, As I lounge on a sun-drenched beach. My greatest lie ever told is coming back to haunt me, Sipping my martini from my oceanic view, Then again I cannot be named for legal reasons, As I sip my martini from my oceanic view. A familiar face is missing from my reflection, Gorging into my free banquet, The guy who dreamed to slash world poverty has slipped away, As I gorge into my banquet. |
