“WHEN THE SNOW WAS FALLING”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
Snowflakes were falling this early morning
when I woke, and I heard their
softness as each one fell in rhythm
with the sighs of your breath, and
when we touched a fire burned when
lips met in the dim of the light…
Your eyes opened and danced in song
with the crystals of ice as they
gently fell and melted into
each other when their journey
ended and became one as they did,
as we did this early morning
when the snow was falling, and our lips
met and began their burn of fire…
Dear Bill, this definitely is a most romantic scene ... love the association of melting snowflakes and melting hearts.
(big angel hugs) Such surreal beauty fills your crysttaline words, sweet friend, look beyond the snow globe and soon you will see your dreams are out of the glass and in your world, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bill, thank you for sharing!
May love and light always shine upon you!
Bill...Sounds like you have all the PIP ladies swooning like usual. Be careful all that snow in B.C. might start melting from this poem. Enjoyed...Paul
