I see a smile
that's covering a frown.
Looking for love,
become their clown.

My heart is heavy,
it's being crushed by pain.
Trying to do whats right,
made out to be insane.

Punishing me,
for what he lacks.
Gives me a smile,
as the knife enters my back.

He can do and say,
as he pleases.
Tormentation and hate,
that never ceases.

When I react, defend,
or try to stop his game.
He placs blame on me,
doubling the pain.

That is not love,
but hate.
His heart is locked,
behind Hell's Gate.
