Where ever eyes arrive in beauty There to, are faces of love White nights and jasmine gaze Preparing a voyage through poetics Painting rose colored canvases uncombed Taking off in a new direction Loosing dry wrinkles of skin That was once cracked and misshapen We don’t dare appraise life Falling to our knees in prayer Vitality now names the community Day dreaming sprigs of agreement Absurd encroachment of the sea…white foamy baby’s breath Growing lengthy memories and naive white satin years Burning passion for life cultivating youthful enchantment You grin by candlelight And I wonder what blanket befalls us Reaching out to my lover, sending rays of the moon Without knowing why, something’s coming out of the world With a morning after, and another after that Voices smell the slightest breeze and whims of soft tissue Like high tides lapping tenderly against the sands Soft droplets of warm twilight, carries a poignant stare All for us and our hungry tongues Wrapping us in an immense sense We emerge, throwing our arms around this scenery Drowning in the bread of interwoven warm palms Swarming to a part of speech only lovers understand Deity predicts this noon of fire and the existence of that hand Cupping our faces, whispering in our ears Of a common voice…like a translated author Bringing back to us, parts of speech We look through rich windows….together |

Lee~ While I slowly savor the entirety of your word-thoughts ... something ALWAYS grabs my attention and won't let go ... this time - 'Preparing a voyage through poetics Painting rose colored canvases uncombed' - this thought encircles me with a myriad of questions, seeking answers to carry me forward in the quest~ Thank you for being a poetess~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*When the heart grieves over what it has lost, |

From the title which drew me in to the ending I am in awe. The imagery, feelings, words to ponder upon and decipher is mesmerizing. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! |
