And quite the nasty one, isn't it? Descriptive of the now. Very good! Drink some cocoa and stay warm, my friend. McLean |

Here at 7 a.m. in Pennsylvania , it is three below zero...this poem is perfect to read this morning, very timely topic. I just fed wood into my stove, but it was dry and so cried no tears, the red coals from last night enjoyed the morning refreshment and I enjoyed the warm smile that was reflected... Enjoyed... ________ice ><> |

A little warmer here...and the tears are falling [thankfully, for we are so in need of moisture...] but a most enjoyable write, Sir. Stay warm and dry. |

Take heart, icebox...soon the warm rains of spring will fall, and all, and the snow will melt into the river, and in the dirt will emerge one new green and then another. Hugs! |
