2.  The Mercy you give

The Mercy you give, says the Teacher,
is the Mercy
you get…
but as I sit bathed in Mercy’s flow
with the scales tipped Gracefully in my favor
a realization awakens as to
how much I have been given and
how notably I am
lacking

3.  Lord, tip me

surely I seek stability
for when overfull
I am known to
start leaking

but how, the Spirit asks,
can I pour out of you
unless you give me
the handle

These prayers are beautiful...
Ones I think I need to say more.
Seems it's easy to forget just what we have sometimes, even when most seems lost.
Thank you for these...

Always, Alyssa
