When the mist clears
will blossoms be revealed
this gray dawn-
raindrops cling to bare branches
reflecting the morning light.

Some really cool images here-- very much enjoyed (of course, I love short poems)!

With the passing mist
The blossoms are then revealed
White and pink sidewalks
Sunlight makes rainbow branches
On the droplets clinging there.

Nice, Your images certainly convey more optimism, then the lingering gray here in NYC

Thank you   ~P

you say the grey is lingering, but light is reflected off the raindrops....?
well then, shows you that even on the saddest of faces the tears still reflect promise..
good things come from downpour

mist or clarity
what is there
sustains without
the spin of our
longings
