no
cocking
of breech or
report of rifles sounding
only Taps

of keys

as each stroke
and letter
entombs in syllables
a thought

frozen
dead and brittle
what was
once a malleable
living
rumination

perhaps they are
creation

or excretion

but
under a new eye
they may smelt
in exegesis

or lay in state
still if
merely
understood

and not occupied

an elegy

for the living dead...

a nice touche' touch with the twist of all of this, Reb.

This one braids.

What you wrote
and serenity's response...

allows me
to tie
a
yellow ribbon

around the braid...

and keep it.

Karilea - if I whisper, will you listen?  Keeping in mind, I must stand close...

LR

I thought I'd replied to this, but it seems I must have been wordless...but I want you to know that I always admire the brains and the heart behind your words.

I really enjoy coming from one direction, spinning on a dime (or word) and heading in another....expertly woven, reb
