forest at night ...
looking into a deep empty
select morsels hand picked by your eye
see those things you think you need
a paper cut
you know where i go to cry
last time you were there to greet me
under the shade tree
a cool spot from all the heat
reminding me to breath to the beat
i desire your pressing body
just a little lean or a slight brush of skin
it shows in the color of the ink in which we type
of wishes whispered to the stars and moon

Just as the brush of limbs in the deep woods breeze...such sensual and subtle aspects please

"reminding me to breath to the beat"

"of wishes whispered to the stars and moon"

This is an awesome write.
You're able to reach right in and touch it.  That's what I strive for.
Excellent!  A keeper!  ~K~

this reminds me of the song by Eric Clapton...or at-least the verse

"if I could reach the stars, I'd pull one down for you"  such  a romantic touch you have...

~~**~~
The sound of silence calls,
I hear your voice and suddenly
I'm falling, lost in a dream
The echo of our souls meet
