Spark and spackle…laid down coats
Flare and flourish…winsome notes
Kind and careful…hope and fear
Smile and dodge…the truth too near

Pale and petty…truth or dare
Flushed and ruddy…warm aware
Ditch and run…the fast track scout
Silent said of love found out

TD,
This is awesome!  I think it is my favorite of yours, but there are soooo many great ones, it'd take me quite some time to decide with certainty.  You really have insight to how emotions work!  Enjoyed.
