A Cure For High Blood Pressure

Now we have all kinds
of
troubles and annoyances in are lives.
Rude people, kids that talk back, work problems
and
a millions other little incidences that come our way.
Now I tell you true I have the cure that has to do with people.
You wonder what could it be?
But I’m going to share some scientific facts
that you may never have heard in all your days.
Potassium!
Now banana’s have potassium
and
I know for a fact they do help lower your blood pressure.
When that person, your loving child, is a runnin’
off
at the mouth....... stick a banana in their mouth
and
watch your blood pressure go down.
Now that you know the cure.
Keep those ole banana’s handy for the next person that is being

When i read the start i was thinking about showing this write to my father who really has problems with high bloodpressure... for my own safety not gonna do it though, imagine i get a banana stuffed in my mouth! :O

If your father does not have to much potassium in his system, bananas, one in the morning and one at night will help lower blood pressure for real. Get a wrist pressure cuff and check through out the day and see if the bananas help. I do natural medications b/c I'm allergic to many medicines.
