Just Thoughts of You A cool breeze, damp, yet appealing, brings on the winter by the sea Silent snowfall, where intractable thoughts of you are alive… Serene in thoughts, an endless rhythm of my own intent, echoing in my heart as the springtime of life… There, silently as the snow falls, in that winter I am alone with you. There I can remember your words beckoning life as only you can do, embracing, and encouraging… I have betrayed the summer and fall, while courting fascination of winter and spring… As simple as winter transitions into spring, yet as complicated as the very design of that one tiny snow flake… You are there, unquestioned by time, or the day… Instead it is the seasons at play… And you so allusive - as that first butterfly of spring. Skipping through the air, mysteriously flirting with each new dare… Your thoughts have entrap me there… The winter – the spring. Where these seasons are just thoughts of you… |

Silent snowfall, where intractable thoughts of you are alive… no wind or rain, nor sleet or snow, can take love's grace....not even death... Beautifully written and expressed JL, very much enjoyed! |
