No statues sculpt', no iron wrought no bronze, perhaps, but baby shoes, for neither fame nor fortune sought could still the voice they did not choose. Divergence from a different path for them was never in the stars, imaginations' way was lit, no destination lay too far. To visionaries, time and tide saw fit to simply fade away, in celebration of their lives, a toast for all the fools today. |

Grover, Thanks. Clink! Back atcha! Doc Duncan, Thanks. In the fishing world, they're kinda like the ones that got away. Doc Sunshine, You, my dear, may join in anytime. That hat would look good for most occasions. Doc passingshadows, Thanks, (doffing hat here).Though meanings change over time, so do perceptions of those meanings. Myself, I'm proud to be a dullard, and leave the running of more important things to those who are more infinately qualified to run our great country right into the ground (if they haven't already sold that to some foreign interest). Excuse me for rambling. Doc |
