Listening to every heart

0 posted 2004-03-26 04:07 PM

It
is
going
to have
to rain, if
only to release
what is building
inside; the gray
has to find its
way out
soon

The rain will convince the spring flowers to bloom in vivid colours.

believe in what your heart feels...

Seems there are times like these...
when we just have to let it pour.

Is that why my hair turned gray?......Did I finally rain from the inside out?.....Now there's the start of a poem for you Karilea...
I like the simplistic fullfillment of this....

a sweet little droplet just splattered me allll over;  the minute shower felt great.
How clever.  Little did I know you were making the rain while I was busy making a kite!  We're certainly having fun today in artistic endeavors!   Great wording and
"gentle" droplet-flow.

Love your teardrop and think I "got" this one.  This "concrete" form is, I think, extremely in vogue at this time.  In a recent poetry class I took, one woman wrote of a campfire and the form of the poem was of the flashing flames.  Very effective.  KJ
