If you fly over the ocean If you fall into the sky If you swim through the grass Have you heard the heart cry? If you dance in the trees If you sing to the wind If you talk to the walls Would someone else grin? If the sky became glass If the rain turned to candy If the storm cried rainbows Would you have to grab the brandy? Does the poet touch your heart? Does the wind sing to you? Do the walls talk to you? Are you always grinning? Do you dance around the trees? Does the glass reflect the sky? Does the grass swim through the wind? Does the ocean fly over time? Does the heart beat a rhythm? Does the heart constantly cry? Does the ocean yearn for land? Does the cloud touch the sky? Do I love you? Does my heart yearn to die? Does my body ache? Do my eyes lie? |

Jo: The flavor of being carefree was well woven in this poem...Couldn't pick a line I liked best, but the feeling of joy and innocense was purely written. TD |
