Shale determination danced upon the wider view
Speaking liquid to the unwound hands of wishful thinking

Drop by drop, shook off the back of hounding memories
Songs that peek beneath the corners of a secret place

That latched beneath your fingers as meandered in my hair
A touch upon my ear, in melody that could only be of you and me

A glow that is forever outlined on my soul, thin and whispered
Yet in the farthest echo of your voice, glows red your place within my heart

amazing within the deepest part of us, we can feel the echo even if slightly of that
which left its glow on us

"Songs that peek beneath the corners of a secret place"  Yes.  Several secret places.

"A glow that is forever outlined on my soul, thin and whispered"    Amazing, how that happens!

I remember all of this.  Thank you for reminding me.  Those were good times that I had myself believing I had forgotten.  This makes me smile.

I love the whole thing....how you ever pulled those words from within....  especially love this:
"Drop by drop, shook off the back of hounding memories
Songs that peek beneath the corners of a secret place"

I always believed, that a good poet could be detected when the audience is able to relate with what has been written.  The imagery is spectacular.  Thank you so much for sharing, I seriously enjoyed what you have given.
