Unashamed

I get so lost
in your face
the way shadows
tickle the other side
of where light is
in comfort I am
held in your presence
and here I sit
unashamed
in it all

So good to read you again!
~Smiles & Hugs, Nancy~

Poetry is not an opinion expressed...
it is a song that rises from a bleeding wound
...or a smiling mouth.

Really love the words melting feelings into a firey pot.

Dave

Like a beat
Producing fire from an image
Lightening the darkness
Driving away the shadows

Your body beckons
To
a
wall
of desire
firing light
to my presence
and here I sit
unashamed
in it all
