What Went Wrong? You wonder in your quiet silence What went wrong? Did you say something to offend? You travel threw a maze of thoughts Sorting, flashing threw your memory. You hear what was said Did you offend? Each time you meet...... a back is turned Coolness reaches out and freezes a friendly smile You walk away and wonder What went wrong? People laugh in your face Snickers behind callous smiles Not knowing of your offence You wonder What went wrong? Days, weeks, years pass No words spoken of the why of discontent You think maybe in reality never really a friend Just someone crossing your path in the corridors of time. But, in the quiet of night you wonder What went wrong? Love Bon-Bon  |

Wow , you expressed what I have been feeling for days , I am going through that right now !! in fact I was part way through composing a poem about someones silence and wondering what went wrong Hope |

Hope I'm feeling this treatment right at the moment also. Not knowing why, but a feeling of the cold shoulder.Also it happened years ago with a girl at work. Never know what happened so I treated as if nothing was wrong, even tho I felt her coolness. Then years later she said she was sorry for being petty, but never saying why. If this person who is giving me or you the coolness is a true friend she/he will say what the problem is. Not letting us guess and wonder what went wrong. Hugs Bon-Bon |
