Clouds dip into waves tapping on heaven's door, like waterfalls they rise, this is the point where the sea and sky collide the window fills with miles for the yellowbird up high, she does fly!! this is the point where the sea and sky collide shatter the barricades walls growing wings the clock lost its chime, this is the point where sea and sky collide this inverted world on a whirling niteride, i can freefall here a motherless child, a shattered mirror messed up and beautiful without defining lines ilusion and reality side by side absurdity, a revelation of clarity in such place, i can thrive there is room for me here let the spirits be my guide at this point where the sea and sky collide [This message has been edited by inkedgoddess (03-09-2004 12:15 PM).] |

"walls growing wings" YES. I love that image. They can and they do, but it takes a wise person to notice. And funny, I don't see a bit of angst to worry for the collision. It's like the birth of all creation in my mind. It's wonderful to read you again, m'friend. (Hope you've been well and happy.) |

one cool write...I hesitate to clip just one section, but this one did stand out: "absurdity, a revelation of clarity" what a great job you've done on this one! |

Very nice..:-) I like the way the reader is kept on course by the repetitive line.... "where the sea and sky collide" In a longer poem with short lines, I sometimes get thrown off course, not so in this one, the message never got lost, and a well written message it is. enjoyed ________ice ><> |

Is there room for two on that cliff edge, where we witness sea and sky collide, free-falling into the abyss all is bliss, all is bliss ~P |
