This isn’t really a poem My wallet wore out And I produce a picture of my wife From the remains Of the wallet taken 20 odd years ago And as she offered a real thick leather wallet From daygone byes I said to her We cant afford this anymore She said to me It wasn’t one of the days when you get taxed For having a photograph |
