Standing by the Sea

I watched the waters butterfly
Fly beneath the waters lie
Darting in and out the blue
An awe of wonder filled my view.

I leaned and placed my hand below
Felt a wind of undertow
Held it quietly in rest
Not to cause a moves molest

But they are not like butterfly
And do not trust strange imply
And though I meant the kindest let
They took it as a measured threat

It is a thing that bothers me
This common that I often see
This special distance set in fear
These hands held out don’t get to near.

It is a sadness of the whole
It is sadness to my soul

I've thought the same thing at times...and it saddened me some...but a bodies gotta do what they must do...so, I decided instead of question, to respect that.

This was my favorite....

I leaned and placed my hand below
Felt a wind of undertow
Held it quietly in rest
Not to cause a moves molest

absolutely beautifully described...I loved the softness and good intentions of it's sound.

Though, this entire write was genuine and magnificant...one of my favorites I believe...astounding lesson for us all to think about...not treading on other people, even if good intended.

Thanks for your care and have a good day

Ah Sy...this has to be my favourite by you.

Special tea today...Black Currant...okay?

Sy

I loved the tender understanding in this.

Colored like a cloud
a tremble by the breeze
a petal yet not
up here I touch wind and sky
and this one small butterfly

Absolutely Magnificent....sad that in the world we live in a reaching hand can cause such fear...sigh....sometimes the good old days had much to be thankful for....Well done.

To day at school I got on the bus. every one was screaming and cussing.

........All I wanted to do is listen to my beetles. Yes... they were picking on the new girl... Made me disgusted.  No wonder every one is afraid. there is reason.
