How Do I Quell My Yearning

When will my mind cease
Believing this foolish stuff
When will my heart know
That its finally had enough

Why am I always thinking
They are true to their word
When will my heart know
It is no longer being heard

Why was I always hopeful
They would feel the same
When will my heart know
That my tears were in vain

Why was I under this spell
Where I keep on returning
When will my heart know
How do I quell my yearning

We've all felt this way at some time or another. And I'm pretty sure that theres always someone for everyone who is willing to hear the sound of their heartbeat! We all heard your heart on this one. A lovely read.
