Petals fall softly each one dropping, stripping away dignity lands upon the ground crumbles, seeds blowing away carried upon winds of destiny drifting to another time another place.. The stem yet standing among remaining petals SCREAMING to regain beauty once held within, never gaining knowledge, that beauty, although faded in time does not die but is regained in the future, nourished by the brightness of light. The beauty has not died~ it has simply moved on to new life. {repost} It's better than I could have planned.. it's made me who I am... {Trace Adkins} |

There is so many talented poeple in this place its hard to be a critic. Personally I liked your poem. It's nice seeing Free style done well. I liked the imagery. The only thing I would say, and maybe, the flow got funky a bit by the "Seeds blowing" Typically when you start new subjects you put a space, but if not maybe..."Crumbles" next to "seeds blowing". I would be afraid add any other sujestions, because it may change the meening of the poem which would kind of be evil. lots of love -Juju |

*sigh* the gentle petals that still reach for the nurturing sunlight of truth...for inside each of us is where the true beauty of the flower resides....I love it... |

nicely done...well-focused and extremely well-written...I loved the tightness and compactness of the form...the beauty of its layered message was crystal clear, as well... |

This is special and so very lovely. Makes me think of seeds that blow in the wind and bloom on their own. I've got a few of those in my yard, and ironically they are the ones that continue to thrive. Just beautiful, Donna~ |
