Fingertips The memory of beauty lingers long Though absence wields a telling, trying blow And portraits of the mind once rich and strong Must alter as do mounds of drifting snow. So too your face dissolves into a haze As so it must lest madness seize domain And force this soul to suffer endless days Of recollections full of haunted pain. But triumph overcomes such tragedy As your return is met with grateful cries Relieved of long and dreadful misery As flawless beauty soothes these tired eyes For truly you were granted beauty blessed When God's own fingertips your soul caressed. |

I'm not much of a romantic, but this pulled it out of me! I can understand why you revised this beauty. I hope it draws the attention it deserves. Excellent. Sadelite |
