The Gifted Rose From You

In the corner of my garden
I witness a beautiful sight
The blue rose is enhanced
In glowing silver moonlight

Planted so many years ago
It had been giving with love
It gives off its special glow
As the moon shines above

Often I will sit there at night
Thoughtfully in silent repose
I have tendered it with care
Our love grew from the rose

The magical glow it reflects
Moon silver mixes with blue
My heart is forever touched
By the gifted rose from you
