Do your best-in my eyes

Try to do your best they said
Speak from your heart.
Its hard to do what im told,
When im told not to listen.
How can I break free? I scream into the fast moving world
A world of black and white, a world without my knight
My knight in shining Armour to rescue me from myself?
Where is my wicked step mother, or the old ugly witch?
She’s hidden beneath this taunt skin,
Whisper pink-plastered lips,
Rainwater misted eye lids,
White plastic cheeks, with a hint of candy apple red.
Underneath hides an old hag.
Keeping all thoughts and emotions hidden. To show off her outer shell.
But her out shell wants off, she’s coming clean
Clean of all shadows, clean of all wicked dreams.
Maybe then I will speak from the soul
Or so it seems.

i found this poem soo intersting,,,i reallly felt that i can relate soo much to this one,,i wish i would really want to know more about this poem if u can add more,,,,its soo cute,,,keep posting please
