You run and run- Faster everyday. But… It’s not enough- To run from the lies. You’re done. You’ve lost your way. This life is too tough- For the tears from your eyes. Break me. Break me. I’ll take the blame, I’ll take your pain, So you feel okay. You run from the dark, From the screams… You run from the past, From the hate… You ran from the start- Never stopping for dreams. How long can you last? To run is your fate. Fall with me. Fall with me. I’ll take your tears, I’ll take your fears, So you feel okay. So you feel okay… Please feel okay….. I loved the flow of this, it almost sounds as though it could be a song...well done, I could feel the emotions clearly in this piece and I can relate well. ~Live and Laugh~ Don't look to me for perfection for I will surely let you down. |
