A friendship is born at sunrise With the soft scents and chilly mists, Warmth and cofmort is found in glory The glory in which the new friend provides A hug of hope, and a kiss of laughter Brings soft rose petals fair adew Give time and ever lasting love And this friendship will conspire It rises as the early morning sun And shadows with the evenings stars Each day it promises its return Forgiving, and always forgetting When the sun falls, and evenings sets in Your friendship is at rest, Only to find that it will come back again To repair the hearts wounds of eve's demise Bring back those soft feelings And bloom those morning glories Give peace to all who feels desire And let rest at sun sets fall. Wonderful imagery. I wish I could do this in my poems. I need to write about the beauty in things. To appreciate this would be a great goal. |
