Numbers of days,
Figures on dials,
Turn,
A constructed wall
Emerged,

Lumber pieces
Erected,
Cement
Profusely emitted,
Paint
Thickly bestowed,
Sealing,
Shielding,
From chasm
Beyond,
Drowning
Cacophonic screams
Of inner
Depths,
Burying from
Lurid unknowns,

As sands fall
Through a glass pear,
Each strip
Of paint,
Peels,
Tortured cement,
Fractures,

Revealing
Abysmal,
Void,
Ebony coils,
Blotches, of
Unneeded glue
Upon bare wood,

The same,
Scarred,
Lined,
Charred
Lumber,
The wall
Originated from.
