I glanced at the mirror, having only a shade of light Half of me visible, the other side black I know not where this goes, it only leaves me guessing Drunken thoughts, merely light the path Countless Eves showing their faces, none of which... Can possibly satisfy Beings promising filling, leaving only residue behind Crumbling my teachings, why should I be a gentleman? The truth I'm told, I should already know However I hate to believe, even when eyes say so much (You always loved my eyes) I've been poisoned many times, will this be any different? Let's go for a walk.. I won't fail this time (Inspired by Led Zeppelin, a bit of Vodka, and Hope) |

Isn't it neat where we can get inspiration from? And there's always hope....well done! ~sky Dreams last for so long, even after you're gone... |

heh, I'm feeling you on the Led Zeppelin and vodka part those two have been my saviors several times before. On to the poem I liked it. It had a very good candince and the meaning while slightly obscure was still there all the same. Loved the way you closed it up very honest and in that very deep. ~Live and Laugh~ Because of you I laugh a little harder, smile a little more, and cry a little less |
