the unknown realm of insanity

  Shining onto my skin
Reflecting off the glass in which it stares.
  Laughing back at me,
My shadow smiles and mocks.
  Waiting for a sign,
To show me the way back to humanity.

  Since you left, everything has lost color.
My actions carried within a simple black or white reasoning.
  Our relationship grew like a rose,
Once majestically beautiful;
  Now withered and dead.

In which fate did you disguise yourself as...?

  Like the roses, each day a part of me fades.
Running to catch up, I get lost hiding behind memories.
  The girl you once did care for stares back through the mirror,
She's torn, sorrowful,and regaining conciousness to the worlds true colors.
