Forgotten like a sweater Thrown to the side Never to be seen again But ill stand the test of time Go on with your life Love your fake friends I guess we'll see Who would have loved you till the end I cant change your mind Its really all your choice You chose to turn away And forget about my voice So just go on hiding behind The one who really doesnt care I tryed to be the one You turned to in despair Just know I tryed to save you Before it was too late I put my heart in trying To give you some faith Because what you dont know is Your never second rate |

"Forgotten like a sweater Thrown to the side Never to be seen again But ill stand the test of time" My favorite stanza^^ Yet, this stanza is also sad in some ways, sad that sometimes the people you love the best can't see how much you really care or that you will be there for them... I liked the comparison to the sweater, I thought it made the poem a little more unique in some ways. It adds ... class(?) to the poem.
