This I probably would say is kindda funny, hope you enjoy a short poem.

Beside my soup a candle sprinkling light.
I look across the table and I see your big blue eyes.
We sit there in the silence, and watch time pass by!
I look down...beside my soup and there lays a dead fly.
HA HA HA! I know what a funny poem. Not really but tell me what you think.

Lol! Well, I think that it is kind of funny. Which is a good thing because I'm kind of getting tired of so many serious poems! No offence to those of you who are writing them at the moment, just sometimes I like a little splash of humor, here and there.

I thought this was kind of cute, because, or I felt, like when this started out it was going to be kind of romantic, blah, blah, blah, etc. Yet, when you added the fly I just started laughing! It was a nice touch on your part.
