So far in… So far in… So far in, I can’t get out. These walls I’ve built so solidly Are crumbling, falling apart, Caving in on me. I can’t allow you to see, The pain hidden behind my eyes, So I’ll start rebuilding my walls, And try to put a silence to my cries. I hate feeling, The way I do, This feeling you’ve created, WHAT DID I EVER DO TO YOU?! It’s taking its toll… It’s taking its toll… It’s taking its toll on me, All this energy I exert, To not break down in front of you, To keep hiding all my hurt. We….are no more, That much I can see, I wish it was different, But it wasn’t meant to be. I hate feeling, The way I do, This feeling you’ve created, WHAT DID I EVER DO TO YOU?! I soak up all the pain, and accept it in silence~DMX |

I really like this one! I think a lot of people can relate to it. Knowing so much pain caused by certain people and never wanting them to see it. Good job. -Jeanette |
