I came across your old song to day
"Smells Like Teen Spirit"
I used to listen to it,
it kept me from killing myself.
But you did it anyways.

In the words of Neil Young-
"It's better to burn out,
then to fade away"
too damn bad your wife didn't believe that.

The king is gone,
but he's not forgotten,
just another rich guy,
with too much time on his hands.

I'm sorry I don't pity you,
guess you really don't care,
you got where you needed,
are you happy you sped up death?

This smile is fake,
These tears aren't.

Good write, The reader can really sense that you were... perhaps angry/disapointed about the entire Kurt Cobain thing. A fan? .... Good Job!!

Thats awsome! I can really share your feelings on this one. I also liked Kurt and Neil Young. Its neat how you used them in your poem.
