I would hear the thunder, It was ur voice, No more fighting, That was my choice, I was so tired, Of the tears and hate, Stupid problems, Couldn’t they wait, Thanks to u, My life was hell, U swore and hit, Every night u yell, U lied to us, Then went to a bar, Came home drunk, Destroyed the car, U think I forgot, But I wont ignore The drunking nights, The bloody floors, U hit my mom, She hit u back, All u could do, Was attack, I hid in my room, Pillow on my head, When will it be over, Clawing to my bed, I wonder If they knew, The fake smiles, That we all drew. We don’t talk about it, And I understand why, But I’m beginning to believe Ur turning back to that guy. -jess |
