You turn your head when I go to speak. Someone turns and says: This monument was built on an alleyway and you can see the lights of philadelphia from here. The window is wide and the teacher performs math in sing song. Stick your head out into the rain, feel how it pours. We are not in California. Grass stains on my skin. We've been rolling down hills in the nude. We've been brushing my mistakes under the rug. We dug a hole and crafted a door with a latch so I can go beneathe here and sip tea with the shadows. And you continue to shovel dirt unto my head and you point at the lights. I've seen them before, stop acting so prophetic. |

Stick your head out into the rain, feel how it pours. that is my favorite line, plus the ending rocked...i kind of got my own meaning out of it, and that is really cool. thanks for sharing...it's stupid that no one has replied to this.
