Did you ever love someone?
So much you thought you’d die?
You sit at home all night alone
And just cry and cry and cry

She looks at me and sees nothing
I look at her and, yes
I see my world, my hopes, and my dreams
In a place inside her heart wishing the best

I tear myself apart inside
Searching for reasons why I care
She doesn’t care about me
Loving her isn’t getting me anywhere

This time I’ve got to learn
To say goodbye to her or at least try
She couldn’t care less about me
So neither should I then continue having tears fall from my eye.

from a "mom" point of view? She isn't the one for you. I understand how you feel, believe me...but when it is real, it will be felt by the both of you and it will be powerful. (((hugs))) move on sweetie...one day you will find "her" until then, the rest is just learning what you like and don't like in a partner, so that when you do meet her, you will have no doubt she is the right one.
