I don't know,maybe I should reconsider
His one true wish....
There is something I do know
It won't cure my true anguish

I want him
I can't have him
I'm falling for him
I can't be with him

Then there's my uncertainty
A guy I've known my whole life
He is my most trusted friend...yet...
I have caused him so much strife

I do love him
In a never ending friendship sort of way
I just can't seem to make things work
To my never ending dismay

Is wanting love again
worth that big a chance
when that chance causes hurt
there needs to be a second glance

In this case
Uncertainty is certainty in a way
Certainty of happiness
Uncertainty of a deep felt passion

I know exactly what you mean

I'm in a similar position. I'm thinking, because I'm so socially insecure, that I'll wuss out and get my point across to her with poetry. Glad to see I'm not the only one feeling this way!

I think it is. I don't know exactly what kind of position you're in, but love is worth the chance!

Hey Sweetheart,
I know how you feel because as you know we are pretty much in same postions. I do know things will all straighten themselves out and one thing is for sure continue writing as wonderful as you do. You express yourself great.
