Days fly by And I barely recognize myself. Confusions rage in my head. I walk in a daze, not knowing what it is That I am supposed to be. Why is it like this??? For God’s sake! What have I done??? I feel so alone, Like everything doesn’t matter anymore. Should I give it all up? Should I let it all go? Should I forsake myself? Should I just…what? |

Hmm... been down that road before. Didn't post much during that time. No, you should never give up. Not at all! And most importantly, never forsake yourself. You are all you really have in the end. No matter how tough and confusing life gets, always fight your way through. As long as you live with honor, respect, integrety, honesty, perserverance, and faith in yourself, you can get through anything. That came through to me finally after I almost failed highschool, watched my parents marriage fall to peices, my dad run away from reality, my brother get tortured at school to the point of suicide, losing almost all my friends and the person I believed I'd marry, and barely having enough money to survive. It was my respect for myself and honor that kept me from suicide. It was faith and perserverence that helped me crawl back from the brink. You can do it too. Wow... sorry for the lecture... That poem just hit close to home. Know how it feels. You ever need to talk, you can email me or IM me in my profile. If nothing else, I know how to listen.
