far away from home.

another empty bus seat; and i’m left waiting
again…

which turn was i supposed to take and if my
heart starts bleeding, will you mend the pieces
of me back together?

such a gentleman, the way your eyes speak to
me throughout the holes in the stars.

(and i hope you hit the hardwood floor so hard,
your head spins; just so you realize what you’re
missing).

i can’t make up for the goodbyes kept in the lost
and found, maybe you can…

find a way to forgive my smile.

(the pieces shattered and…)

i wish that i could say i knew who your heart was
but you’ve spent years building up your concrete
wall so i

pretend in

the dreams that i hold in my hand.

(and i hope…)

you’re amazing when you laugh but the void between
the sun and your eyes are sending out reflections of
the person i don’t want to be.

i could be an accident, but i'm still trying.

You are a very talented writer, and I enjoyed this poem alot. I love the way that you use parenthesis in your poems.

this is amazing... i love how you have written this and the ending is definitly the best part....
you’re amazing when you laugh but the void between
the sun and your eyes are sending out reflections of
the person i don’t want to be.
these are my favourite lines and i love how you write everything. keep them coming
