silent pleas and unanswered prayers |

She lays there the darkness consoling her, The only sound to be heard, are her muffled sobs, her silent pleas of death. The wind was howling, the dogs were growling, hearing her silent pleas. As she layed there, on the bitter, cold cement, the wind sending chills up her spine. Suddenly the sobbing stops, the hurt desintegrates, leaving only rage. The wind ceases, the dogs are silenced. Darkness envelopes her, the clouds turn red, like the blood dripping from her pale skin. Thunder rolls. The wind awakens, as feirce as a raging storm. The dogs go mad, with a bark so deafening, it could wake the dead. They knew what was coming. Karissa |

Wow! Awesome imagery! lol It's almost like a chapter of a book, you read it and you just want to know more. Very good write! Love is giving him the ability to break your heart...but trusting him enough to know he won't. |
