I'm writing in a new journal and wanted to put this at the front of it. I'm not really sure how it is and I'm not sure about the title so if you have any ideas plz let me know! The Depths of my Thoughts God gave me a gift, Of pouring out words like rain, Writing on my every thought, My every love and every pain. From the pen to the paper, Are words of wisdom and strength, Ink spilled from the depths of my heart, Words that are used to such a length. Words have such a power, When used in the right way, Making simple thoughts beautiful Leaving the mind to wonder away. Bottled up emotions leave me When I write what I have thought, I write so many things, of the Things that life has taught. Many may not listen, Or mock my pains and fears, But these are the thoughts of my life, The depths of my soul, the depths of my tears. -Erin Let me know what u think Love is giving him the ability to break your heart...but trusting him enough to know he won't. |

I like this, especially for the journal idea It's pretty good, nice job. I like the last stanza... "love is but a song we sing and fear's the way we die" |

I really like it alot. It is a really good idea to put it on your journal! The last 2 lines finished it nicely, and were my favorite. Thanks for sharing. WinterWren- |
